Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your purchase does not automatically guarantee a reservation. Your booking will be confirmed via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee policy will apply once the booking has been confirmed. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We encourage all clients to carefully review the cancellation policy.
What CAN be refunded:
- Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to proceed. If this requirement is not met, affected travelers will be fully refunded or offered an alternative tour product. This situation is rare but possible.
- Please note that the alternative product chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original, and therefore may be subject to additional charges.
- Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.
What CANNOT be refunded:
- All hotel and tour schedules are arranged in advance. Any travelers who do not show up on the day of departure will not be refunded.
- No refunds will be made for any part of the tour that is unused by the traveler after the tour’s departure, regardless of circumstances.
- Airline tickets are non-refundable and cannot be altered for tours where the airline ticket is included in the final price.
- Hotel extensions and products that have immediate confirmation (entrance tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be changed or refunded once confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policies listed below apply to all bookings unless the booked tour has specific fees or policies listed in the “Special Notes” section. Please carefully review the “Special Notes” before booking. Note that our agency adheres to the individual policies of each tour where applicable.

Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed cancellation request form and the travel service start date.
- The day of notification and the day of departure are not counted. For example, if the tour departure date is May 4th, and we receive the cancellation request on May 1st, it will be considered 2 days before the departure date.
- If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change the traveler’s departure date and no refunds will be offered.
- All cancellations must be made directly with [BEHOLD MOROCCO TOURS], not with the tour operators.
- In most cases, bookings paid via bank transfer, cash deposit, or traveler’s checks will be refunded via PayPal or check. Any bank transfer fees associated with the refund will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Free Cancellation
- For one-day tours/activities: cancel at least 2 days before the experience start date for a full refund.
- Excludes entrance tickets/passes or skip-the-line tickets. Please check the special notes as some tours may be non-refundable.
How to Cancel a Booking
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We do NOT recognize verbal/phone requests or requests through voicemail. Speaking with our customer service representatives without sending a follow-up email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Ensure you send an email for cancellation requests along with your booking number.

Modification Fees:
Any modifications to a booking made after submitting the order online and 7 days before a single-day tour departure or 24 days before a multi-day tour will be subject to a minimum $30.00 modification fee per change. Bookings will be confirmed within one to two business days. The following constitutes a modification to a tour:
- Change of departure date
- Change of pick-up time or location
- Change of tour
- Change of guest name
- Change of itinerary
- Removal/replacement of a guest
- Addition/replacement of a guest
The $30.00 modification fee is the minimum fee per tour change. If you request multiple changes or last-minute modifications, additional fees may apply (beyond the $30.00 modification fee). Paying the $30.00 modification fee does not guarantee that a change can or will be made.
